Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at UIC Outlet. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process, ship, and handle your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders in Hawaii after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery may take 3 to 4 business days in Hawaii and 5 to 8 business days in other states. We will email you the tracking number of your order once we have processed the shipment.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us at admin@uicoutlet.com to discuss possible shipping options.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided or directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
While we aim for smooth and timely delivery, we are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
If you believe your order is lost or damaged, please email admin@uicoutlet.com with your order number and tracking information.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. UIC Outlet is not responsible for delayed or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
If you made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing the order. We’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.
7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international territories at this time.
