Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  • For in-store purchases, items must be returned to the original location where the item was purchased.
  • For online orders, returns must be shipped to UIC Outlet Kalihi.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item. Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 


Return & Exchange Limit
Each customer is allowed a maximum of three (3) returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and sustainability in our operations. After three returns or exchanges, all future sales will be considered final.

 


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Jewelries

  • Accessories

  • Innerwear: Boxers, briefs, socks and the like

  • Custom or Personalized Products

  • Personal Care & Beauty Items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Please make sure to check your items before leaving the store.

For online orders, notify us within the 14-day return window.


Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.

 


Refunds

We will only issue a refund if the item(s) you ordered are no longer available. In all other cases, including returns and exchanges, the approved amount will be issued as store credit and applied to your customer account for future purchases.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your item qualifies for a refund due to unavailability, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund or store credit, please contact us at admin@uicoutlet.com.

How to use store credit:
  • Customers must be logged into their customer accounts to use store credit at checkout
  • The full store credit amount must be applied (partial amounts aren't allowed)
